Multiple Input Soundcard

Can anyone suggest a soundcard or combination of soundcards (ie. one for input and one for output) that have the following specs:

Coax Digital Out (Minimum 2)
Coax Digital In (Minimum 2)
XLR Mic In (Minimum 1)

Any Help Would Be Great!

They seem to meet almost all of my needs except for the digital coax. Is there any card out there that has multiple coax inputs/outputs, or am I stuck in the dark?

your probably stuck.

if i were a manufacturer i would rather supply an ADAT lightpipe, usb 2.0, or firewire interface rather than giving dual coax i/o.

If I use one soundcard for all my input and one for all of my output, on the input card could I simultaneously input from a coax source and optical source? For output, could I output 5.1 surround sound through optical and MP3's through S/PDIF at the same time? Will 2 RME HDSP 9652's work?
