Well, I picked up a multiface at the local Guitar center on an open box special, but I wanted to make sure I received all of the stuff!!

It had the multiface, a cd w/drivers, and an adat optical cable and a small bracket, and 4 clear rubber thingys for the bottom I think.

There was no host cable, is that normally included with the pci or pcmcia card when you purchase that?

Also, if I am missing it I can use a standard firewire cable correct?
And! Is anyone using the rack that rme sells for this?
Ok last question! The box claims a 36 channel device, yet I only count 18 for one multiface with the 8 i/0, 2 from spdif, and 8 for the adat lightpipe.
...well, maybe I should check out the manual huh?? Just a little excited because I have been wanting to get one of these for a while, and finally saw one for a price I couldn't refuse.

Thanks!

It requires either a PCI or PCMCIA card interface, sold seperately.

Edit: Oops, I see you understand that.

May I ask how much?

It was $325, in Texas you don't pay tax on equipment used to record too.
