multi tracking

I am a newbie and want to know how to record muti tracks (listen to one while I record the next) on my home computer. I have SBlive value and an old Carvin mono mixer. Any free software I could down load?

hears a good program i use. youll have to record wit something else but you can use as many tracks as you want Multiquence by www.goldwave.com
