Today i made a little inventory on the stuff that's lying in our studio unused. It's stuff that somehow got there, stayed their and has no intention of going anywhere or doing something.

1x G&L bassguitar
1x Yamaha acoustic guitar
1x ? acoustic guitar (I don't know the brand from head but it was quit fancy)
1x yamaha sax (red, professionally painted but ugly as hell)
1x alesis nanogate
1x digitech effect unit
1x yamaha digital piano
1x yamaha Sy55

unbelievable people aren't missing these things (exept the digitech, I think it was left on purpose)

Looks great as studio furniture though.

Er...uh, I think I left the G&L bass there a few months ago. I'll pay for the shipping if you send it back to me.:D

Wait...you live in the Netherlands. The shipping would probably cost more than a new bass. You can keep it, but you owe me.:D

That G&L bas has its own story actually. It was lying in a completely smashed flightcase, and the bass looked like it had been run over by several trucks. One day a guitarist came in for some recordings, saw the bass and offered to kind of restore it for free. He worked in a musicshop so he had all the tools available.

My studio-partner who is a bassplayer and normally plays on a musicman tried the refurbished bass, and it actually sounded like a killer. Not as good as the musicman though.

This bass now looks like its been on tour for years. It's standing next to the acoustic guitars in a rack for showcase.

Ive got this acoustic sitting by my feet. its dirty old, has a small hole in it, and the kicker, only four nylon strings.
Its a pig, and I keep it around because I plan to smash it in a recording one day. when the right song comes along. for now, it sits on the floor, looking well hard.
