You appear to be getting two for the cost of one new one...
The only determining factor in whether it's a good price, though, is whether buying them would equal a $250 step up in your monitoring chain.
Listen to them before you buy and decide whether it's worth it.
Now, if you can buy them at that price and resell them at a higher price, that's a different story.
