MR8HD USB help?

Is there any way that I can take a drum track that I've programed on Fruity Loops and converted to a .wav file, and dump it onto a track on my MR8HD through the USB port? I'm about to try pluging a guitar cable into my sund card and recording the output, but I'm sure there has to be a better way then that!

I've done this before, but not after fiddling some with the song text file on the MR8HD. The wav files from your computer you can simply copy to your MR8HD using explorer. Check your existing songs recorded on MR8HD and you can use the song info text file there as reference.
