Should I with Jeff on lead

Well, this is nice and beefy! Pumps hard. Ooh, vocals need to come up, a lot. Don't hide!! Hmm, now that I'm into the 2nd verse, I'm thinking the chunky rhythm guitar could nudge more discreet. The vocals emerge from their hidey hole when the instrumental is sparser; I'd fatten them and let them ride point where they belong. Might could use some fatter kick, for my taste. Not much. Just a little.

Okay... I messed around with this tonight, after listening to it for the past week or so. I think I'm done with this.

Thank you, Jeff, for your guitar work. It really did change the song. Thanks to everyone else for commenting, and helping me get this song to where it is.

Here's the final mix.

Oh, shitter. I listened to the prelim. OK, this new mix is much clearer... I like the addition of midrange to the rhythm guitar. and the distinctly different tonality on the lead, sets itself apart better. I still want more vocal. Love the low-slung drum goove. Meaty stuff. Lots of protein.
