Good dub bass sound. The question would be, where are you going with it? Is it to have lyrics? A vocal melody or a rap? It needs finishing. As it stands, there's not much here to critique.

I'd probably bring the bass down quite a bit, it's kind of earthquakey, although that may be the effect you're going for. I'd like to hear it w/ a vocal.
