Can anyone tell me where I can download a free software to convert wave files to mp3?

i know that http://www.musicmatch.com ,,,,,the musicmatch mp3 jukebox will convert either way, also if yer using cakewalk pro9,,,,,u can do that in there also,(i learned that right here at homerecording!!!!! peace
