MOTU HD192 Owners (PCI-424 versus PCIe-424 )

I'm building a new computer to host my MOTU HD192, and wonder if upgrading from the PCI-424 to PCIe-424 card would offer a performance improvement.
 
I think the differences between the 424 cards has to do more with the card fitting the PCI slot and voltages properly than anything else.

Exactly. PCI Express and PCI are not compatible with each other. If you have a spare PCIe slot, you can certainly upgrade if you want to, but it probably won't make any difference. Now if you were still using a 324 card or something, I'd probably say upgrade.... :)
