Need to get some feedback about these two units I'm considering to purchase: motu 828 and terratec ews88mt.
I will be running one of these babies in my clone Athalon 1200, asus a7v mobo with via chipset, cd-rw, 10 gb ata-66 os, scsi 18 gb 7200 rpm work drive, 80 gb ata-100 storage, generic firewire card, 512 mb sdram, Sonar, CEP, Wavelab, Nuendo.
The PC itself, I believe, is good enough. What I'm not sure is the compatibility of the Via chipset in the mobo with the forementioned sound card/recording unit.
Any comments are welcome.
