Hey.. my motherboard died..
MSI 845P NERO

I want to upgrade to something way better..

so, what is a good combo?
or at least, what is everyones opinions?

I was thinkin ASUS
w/ a 2.8GHZ chip, or a 3.0..

I can't decide.
