More Transport Panel problems.

Okay, so yesterday I did something so that my transport panel just displays time, just to see what it looked like. Well, I need it back to set my left and right locators, and I can't figure out how to get it back to normal. Anyone care to help out a technically challenged newbie?

Have you checked the table of contents/index?? The manual should be in the box...
