OK, clearly it is time for a new board.... please, let us discuss.
Fist off, I am only considering ASUS boards at this time... please, let us only discuss other brands if there are OVERWHELMING reasons to do so.
OK, Im wondering your thoughts on a board that...
can run my Celeron 800...
(and possibly can run DUAL celly800s??)
can run my existong ram
can run my old ata33 hard drives...
I am looking at..
TUSL-2C (ive heard its great..)
CUSL-2C (how is this different??)
CUV266-D (is the apollo chipset good???)
and the P4B (?? can this run NON-p4s???)

ok... thats it for now...lets hear it.... and if there is a perfect ABIT board with dual slots, 4 DImms and 6 pcis./.. lets hear aboot it!
