Monoprice Monitors

Has anyone used Monoprice's monitors? I'm looking to pick up some monitors for surrounds, and I was wondering if people have used these.

I haven't heard of anyone here using them, cheap price, but the reviews would indicate they are marginal - the mids are lacking and seems like quite a few quality problems. No frequency chart/specs given - not even wattage.

I saw the JBLs go on sale today at GC - I picked up mine on sale for $225 for the pair a year+ ago, and they work great for me (I have bass traps on the wall behind them - note they have a rear-facing bassport (so do the Monoprice monitors).
