Monitors: XLR, RCA or 1/4"?

Hello there,
I have 3 ways I can hook up my monitors. XLR, RCA or 1/4".
Is there a benefit to any of these? Just wondering.

I always use balanced XLR you get a stronger signal. 1/4 is my second choose.
