Monitoring tracks while I record a new one not working

Hi, I just started using adobe audition on a DAW and interface my inputs to the pc with a Eurorack UB1222 FX PRO , I can record my first track fine but when I listen back to it while recording my second track the first one records itself on to track two along with whatever Im playing. So Im thinking the track playback is going directly back to the mains out and back to the onboard sound card... I need to try to monitor my recorded tracks some other way without them being looped back to the pc...the mixer has several more inputs and outputs but im not sure what they do. I am willing to buy new hardware if need be but I just want to make sure there isn't a way to do it with this mixer first. thanks in advance for any help

Pretty sure you need to route the output of the PC to the Two Track Inputs (top right) RCAs.

Then select Two Track to Main with the source selector buttons.

But, as others will no doubt tell you, the PC's internal card is not a good way to do this. The quality will not be that good in terms of noise and latency will be high.

If you want a suggestion for a far better system look at the Native Instruments Komplete Audio6 interface. I has two extra line inputs so you could still use the mixer.
