Monarch TM-16 mic

I am looking for a mic cable for the monarch TM-16. I recently purchased one off of ebay and I am interested in using it during a service. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or a way to use a converter to an XLR. Any solutions?
 
At a glance it looks like an unbalanced mic.
It seems there's the screw threads and then a central conductor.

This shows how to wire an XLR for unbalanced use.

As to where you could find a connector, I do not know.

Is there any way to remove the existing connector and hardwire a trailing XLR male?
