Modify the 2488neo trim knobs?!?!?

Does anyone else notice how flimsy the gain knobs are on your Tascam 2488 NEO??? Is there an easy fix to make them tighter?? A simple modification? Any ideas anybody?? They are really really cheap feeling and I AM gonna make it better even if I have to take it apart and put new shafts in it but.....anybody???:cool:

Seriously my fellow 2488 friends,I know more than just lil ole me has noticed this on there 2488 are at least the NEO??? Great recorder but Its just un-acceptable for it to have such fragile gain,trim pots on such a wonderful machine:o
