i have the adat studio pack and when i mix down to a cassete and play it in a stereo on the meters on the stereo only one bar will move up and down so i know im mixing wrong please help.

I'm assuming you are using the Studo 24 mixer, do you have your cassette hooked up to the 2-TRACK outputs?? If so, depress the 2-TRACK function button located in the control section of the board. Have you checked your cables leading to 2-TRACK ? Your cables might be shorted.
When playing, are you sure that you have yourGRP 1&2
faders even!!?? This is also true when mixing down Think of your
GRP1&2 as 2-track pan faders which both control the signal going into the L&R channels of the .2-TRACK .

im not sure if the button is depressed or not but the cables are good. im just recording messing with the mix a lil just the eq then i record it to the tape
