Hello Tascamian devils.
I own an MF-P01, & would like to know if I should buy a mixer to mix down to a shoe box tape cassette recorder, or is the mix down capability of the MF-P01 sufficient. I'm interested getting the best analog quality I can get on a budget, which is $60, give or take. I don't want or need a spendy help. Any suggestions?
What about this?
Behringer XENYX502 5-Channel Mixer
I'm plan on mixing down to a shoebox tape cassette player, by the way. Afterwards, converting that recording to a .wav file.
I do need, I've learned, a preamp. So if a mixer is desirable, one with a preamp would be nice. If a mixer isn't needed, I'll need to buy a boutique preamp. & this is on my radar.
ART Tube MP Studio Mic Preamp
Again, I have a budget in mind. Thoughts?
Thanks for any advice or shared experiences!
