Hi All,I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this.
I want to add a mixer to our church sound system to run just the choirs mic's is there a easy way to do this.

What's your church sound system like? You could buy a small mixer, and have the main outputs inputting on a free stereo channel on the mixer(if it has one?).

I read alot to answer the only 10 post question:)

the system has a small 8 chanel mixer

that sounds like a good idea I would not have much control on volume would I ?

I wanted to hook up another 6 channel mixer just for the choir

Well you have control of each choir mic on the 6 channel, then overall volume for the choir on the 8 channel. So it's like having a sub group. I'm planning the same thing for larger gigs, and having the two separate for smaller.
