Mixer repair

I have an old studiomaster 16-8-2 that I'm trying to repair. All i hear coming from L/R is noise but when I solo on individual channels it sounds fine. I've inspected the L & R channel circuit boards and I cannot find any fried components. Maybe an op amp is bad? What should I do next to find the faulty component?

Is there a ground connection between the channels & master section?
