I sold my Behringer MX802A after acquiring a quieter, more versatile Soundcraft F1 (Folio). Where do the Folios fit in the pecking order?

Both the Soundcraft M and E Series have the same pres

The UB 2442 has 8 in/outs

So the Soundcraft E and M ones have the same pres? I heard the M series ones were their ones from high-end consoles?

There web site says they both have Linear Mic pres and the other Soundcraft Spirit stuff has the Ultra-mic pres

Called Soundcraft and the pres are differant.

The M Series pres where designed by the same guy that made the Ghost pres. The E Series pres where made by someone else, buy are very close to the M Series in sound.

Uh... yeah... I vote for Behringer.... They have a certain ability to hide my voice.... I like to crank the gain to 10, and turn the treble all the way up!!! My voice just sounds better that way....

I use the Symetrix pre on my wife and guests...
