Mixer ---> computer

I'm getting the Behringer XENYX 802 mixer, and i have an M-Audio Nova Mic. I want to get this cleared up before i buy the mixer. How do i plug the mixer into my laptop for recording? Is there any cheap way (on a tight budget)
to plug the mixer into my laptop via a USB cable (no FireWire input ) that wont make the sound quality terrible?

You will want an audio interface. If you get one with builtin mic preamps then you probably won't even need the mixer.
