Hello again...more simple questions....1st, if there is another post I should be using as a new be, let me know so I dont bother you all.
I am trying to run my Behringer MX 802A mixer to my Tascam PortaStudio MXII and am working on getting RCA cords that run into a 1/4 cord on the 4 track. I am thinking I should run my 2 mics (1 SM57 for my acoustic guitar, and 1 Nady SP1 (cheapo) for vocals into my mixer, and then into my 4 track, assuming I can get a chord that will allow. But I also know I can just record into the 4 track and then mix those tracks after as I send them into my home cassette player....However, I thiink the sound will be better if I record with the best sound possible, via the mixer...so my question is, am I making any sense? Or should I go back to my book on home recording and not post until I have a clue? ha...Again, any help you can offer is most apprecaited. I am geting lots of great info from you all and am, unfortunetly for you all, coming up with lots of questions to post.....
Best regards....
Michael
