I'm working refurbing a Tascam 32 that I picked up the other day. I need a few parts for it. Some are on eBay right now but I thought I would check with you all first.

Wanted:

Schematic
one NAB hub adaptor
good pinch roller ( this one is sticky gooey! )
Tascam 32 name plate (that fits on head assembly)
Set of feet
plastic knob for line in selection
small black thrust washer for shutoff arm roller (actually I could use the whole shutoff arm)

Oh and a nut for a scotch reel (one of the three for the takeup reel)

If you have any of these that you want to part with let me know the cost to 98684.

Regards!

Here's a few suggestions:

Schematic

These are in the Op/Maint manual. I think you can still buy those.

good pinch roller ( this one is sticky gooey! )

I'd get one from Tascam, they aren't very expensive.

Set of feet

Are you sure? The machine likes it better if you run it on its back.

small black thrust washer for shutoff arm roller (actually I could use the whole shutoff arm)

If it's just one of those small black washers, you can get them from Tascam or their parts dealers for 1p each or something stupid like that.

In general, I'd try to buy parts from Tascam (or online through a reseller) anyway, so they know there's still a demand.

thanks

Just seeing what DIY were here before ebay or Tascam. But you are right, sending money to Tascam is self preservation.
