I cleared out a load of Cubase projects I'd finished with and didn't want to keep and now whenever I start the programme I get a 'resolve missing files' message. I have Cubase set to open the last project on startup and the error message always shows a file location for the most recent project but that project opens anyway.
If I close the message I can carry on using the programme with no further difficulties so it's not a critical problem but it's mildly annoying all the same.
If I locate the file using the resolve missing files feature and click on it I get another error message saying "error: invalid or unsupported file!".
It's got me confused, any ideas before I approach the highly skilled and knowledgable IT professionals at Steinberg?
