Hey Nilbog,

My living situation is going to be changing in the next year, and I wanted to know your experiences with the PS-02. Can I use to record and mix EVERYTHING? Or should be used strictly as a demoing device? What about the ONboard mic? Do you HAVE to use that, or can you use an offboard mic as well? Also, can you use samples?

As for MIDI, What I've been doing lately is using this Palm software called MINI Music (if you do a search at http://www.palmgear.com, you can find it). It has MIDI playback capabilities, and has a special plug which allows you to connect your PALM cradle to a MIDI playback device (I've been using a YAMAHA MU-5 Tone Generator, with fabo results). I can also use it to connect to my PC and play it on Cakewalk!

The Swivel, from my understanding, is not available yet. I haven't seen the PMA-5 around lately either.

Just a friendly heads up: you can get that Roland PMA thingie real cheap 'till the end of Jan.at a certain store with the word center in it's name.Like $199 I think.
