Mindprint Envoice users: DI-MOD anyone?

Does anyone have any experience with the DI-MOD from Mindprint? I like my Envoice and am wondering if modifying the Envoice with digital outs would be beneficial. My Audiowerk2 card does a nice job of converting analog signals, but can anyone say whether an outboard converter, like the DI-MOD, would be an upgrade?

I'm not sure if it would be an upgrade on the converters in your card or not. I have the mod on my Envoice and it sounds decent enough. The only thing I wish it had was a wordclock input on it. I clock my DBX 386 with a Genx6 and it definatly makes a difference. Where you get the bennifit out of the Envoice mod, IMHO, is being able to send signal out to the Envoice and back to the computer through the S/PDIF to warm stuff up.
