Midiman Flying Cow 24

Hello everyone. Has anyone used the Midiman Flying Cow 24? What are you opinions? If I purchase it, I would be using it with my Soundblaster Live! Platinum which accepts 16-bit, 48kHz analog signals and 20-bit, 48kHz S/PDIF signals. How would using the Flying Cow 24 with my Soundblaster Live! Platinum BENEFIT me and my sound? Would my sound truly improve? Please let me know. I hope to hear from you soon, and thanks.

I have a 24 bit Flying Calf A/D,which is half of the Flying Cow,and I use it to go digital in on my Roland VS-880EX.A definate,noticable improvement over Roland's converters,and cost effective to boot.Cheers!
