I have a lot of music on records and cassettes, and I want to transfer to CDs, Anybody please, may give me some advice about this card. Also I want to know if I can connect this device to a CD-R/RW

Just bought one last week - very nice card! I got mine for $150 at Guitar Center.

What do you mean by connecting it to a CD-RW? It does not have a plug like Sound Blasters do for that tiny audio cord you connect to the back of the CD drive. That is not a big deal though. MS's new Media Player lets you use the Digital Audio option which transfers audio digitally from the drive to your PC via the IDE cable. I believe there is a plug in for WinAmp to do the same.

if you wanna concert stuffs from record and cassettes to CD, you don't have to have a direct connection from your soundcard to the CD drive.... you need to convert your source to wave/mp3 first and then burn them to CD.

This card, does it works ok on a computer with Intel Celeron Processor 1.3 Ghz.?

Why wouldn't it? Mine works just fine on my dual 366Mhz Celeron rig.
