MIDI to MP3

I apologize for posting this question again, but I've lost my notes. How do I make an MP3 out what currently exists only as a Cakewalk MIDI song? I know it has somethig to do with creating an audio track and essentially bouncing the wavetable sounds onto the audio track, but I just can't figure out-- step by step--how to do it.
