Midi sync and soundcards???

Im shopping for an adat soundcard. I also need midi sync capabilities...... Is there a card that takes care of both? ....or do i need a separate card to take care of the midi sync'ing chores?

.......am i way off here? :confused: ....sorry if the questions sounds naive, Im just breaking into doing it the 'puter way. :confused:
