Hey I noticed today as I was "miding" some of my tracks into cubase, from my mpc and it seemed slow. If I play it straight out of my mpc with out miding , only audio, it sounds right and the tempo is right, but when I midi to sync it correctly track by track it seems slower than what is suspose to be , are my midi settings off?

no clue. I do know that midi timing is (sometimes somewhat, not completely sure about all this) related to the songs tempo, and it changes when the tempo changes. So lets say you recording some audio at 120 bpm and you then exidentally set the tempo to 130 bpm, and start editing/recording midi, the audio will be fine, but the midi will be faster than the audio. Check if the tempo of your songs is sync with the tempo of your audio recordings. Otherwise, I wouldn't know. The midi sync button(s) on the transfer I have no clue about. I never use them and everything is always sync on my system.

First off i'd look at which asio drivers you using. If you have a soundcard installed then i'd use asio driver that came with it rather than the cubase asio drivers. this is config'd using device manager.

Then if it's still a problem I'd look at what you have set up as midi ins/outs in cubase and also look at the sync set up. try different configs, I would have thought you'll find something that works.

Just a guess... do you have a tempo track that is possibly hidden that you forgot to remove? Just guessing.
