Hi all,
I'm getting a synth keyboard here real soon but it doesn't have a sequencer on it, so I want to use my pc to do the sequencing.
What pc software program is everyone using to do their sequencing?

Thanks for the help.

Cubase is really nice, Logic, Pro Tools, Sonar, and the like are also really popular. It seems to be a matter of taste, but my favorite so far is Cubase although the only other one i used is Sonar.

There are cheaper alternatives if all you are looking for is MIDI sequencing. Cakewalk has Home Studio 2004 for less than $100 retail which has most of Sonar's features.

I think your best bet for under $100 is also Cakewalk Homestudio.
It is also the most user-friendly of the other options.

Yes I've decided to go with homestudio. Since I'm cakewalk registered, I can get it for $49. That's pretty cool I think.

Thanks everyone!
