Midi problems please help

I don't know what I did but when I'm in the piano roll to program a midi sequence there's something weird going on. when I try to draw in a square it won't line up next to the previous one, there is a small gap between and as I go along and put in more squares it gets more and more out of sequence with the grid, Please help me it's driving me crazy, It was working just fine before. I even tried uninstaling it and reinstalling it but it's still doing it.

Snap too might be involved here

Have you right clicked on the piano roll bar numbers area and checked your sanp to feature to see if it's out whack?
