MIDI notes getting stuck

Sometimes when I am playing with MIDI, certain notes are getting "stuck." meaning, a note will for some reason start behaving like it has a sustain pedal on it all times, even when i'm not using the pedal. the other notes will be fine, and that some note will be fine on another channel, just that note on that particular channel. i know in other programs there's a "panic" button to reset the midi data. is there something like that i can do in SX?

(i posted this in another forum but no one saw it, sorry if this is the wrong place)
 
i don't use SX, but look for something called All Notes Off or MIDI notes off. the reason it's doing this is because the Synth isn't receiving a note OFF command. If you understand how to read and edit MIDI commands in your software, you may check it and see if there is an off command for that note in that measure on that beat. Don't know if Cubase has the option edit commands though.
