Midi Controller...

I'm not looking for a midi controller with keys or anything, just one that can control cubase...like mute a midi track with the controller, change values ETc.

i think you can simply do that with your keyboard. i know the spacebar is play/stop i haven't fiddled around to see what everything else does. save your cash if thats your only purpose, i think it'd be a waste.

This is probably what you're looking for. It has 2 presets listed for Cubase and is programmable if they don't exactly fit the bill...

Say I have like 5 midi tracks of drums, and an audio track of guitars...I want to be able to
slide 3 of the drum tracks down so only the crash/windchimes and guitars play forr the intro.
will the controller sscientist posted do the job?

why don't you use volume envelopes instead? Read up on the automation features in cubase and you probably won't need a midi controller. if you do want a controller, you won't need anything fancy to do envelopes.
