midi connection

Hi
I wondered how to connect these in the best way:
DSP24 (2xout 1xin) soundcard
lexicon 550 (1xout/thru, 1xin) reverb
roland keyboard (out/in/thru)
akai mfc-42 (out/in/thru) filterbank
and how can I get the programchanges to work from cubase to the lexicon?
