Midi Bpm

Hey folks I was curious.
Is there any way to easily convert a midi track that was sequenced at 120 BPM to a 240 BPM while keeping the same speed. Basically doubling the space between the MIDI notes.
I have a sequenced drum track at 120 BPM while the bass got sequenced at 240 BPM. They are technically still the same tempo... but the drums were sequenced in half time. I need to find a way to match these two parts together... aside from the obvious move each individual note until it fits. I know this is probably confusing but any ideas?

I don't know of any easy way to do it.

Hmmm.. there might be a CAL routine out there somewhere that can do this. Basically it would have to halve all the note durations and all the spacings between them for one file (or double them for the other file)... then you could change the tempo to match the other track.
