micing rack toms

how would you guys go about micing the rack toms with a sm57 to bring them up closer in the mix? about how high up would you go, becuase if you go to high will you get cymbal bleed?
 
not high at all. like allmost touching tilted down pointing towards the center of the head...

correct me if im wrong. this is just how ive seen it done.
 
sorry i wasnt specific enough.....i have 3 sm57s....one will go on the snare and another on the floor tom, ive read that some people have miced the two rack toms with one sm57.....so, with 1 sm57 on the 2 rack toms how high would you guys mic these..pelase give me som detail on the explanations please

I'd place the SM57 between the two mounted toms and as low a possible while still picking up both toms equally (probably about 6 inches above the toms).
