Save your money, unless you want your drums to sound like they're coming through am AM radio.

Another set to stay away from is the "Stageworks" set.

I like the CAD set or the Audix Fusion set of mics as good entry level sets. In those sets you may even have a couple of favorites that you'll contintue to use when you upgrade.
