Mic placement chart for drums?

I was wondering if there is some sort of mic placement guide/ chart for drums out there?

When I purchased my SP B3/ VTB-2 package from Zzounds they had sent me a generic guide to micing which I though was pretty interesting....but I've since lost it.

Any help would be great!!
