Mic Input Panels..

Anyone know where to buy these? Like, panels that you put on 2 walls, and connect them so you can set up mic's in one room but have them go to another room without running a long ass cable. So like, I have my room and on the other side on one of my walls is a nice big room for recording drums. Instead of running cables through the hall I just want to get a panel, put on in my room, connect it on the other side with so I can use them. The studio at my school has this and i'm just curious what I need and how to do it. Any help is appreciated, thanks. =]
