hey, I just did my own metal mix. i used ez-drummer, I play guitar and bass. should I do anything to help it out? thanks

http://www.myspace.com/frankjanselmo - it's the first song, you should be allowed to download if you have a myspace account.

Hey, man, great guitar work, well done!
My ears don't hear anything wrong with the recording, it really rocks! But since I'm not a very technical guy, I'll leave that to our friends here. They're much more qualified...;)

Cheers

I've heard your work before and I love it. This is no exception. The playing and the recording sound great. The only nit I have is that I'd bring the drums up some.

And no, I'm not a drummer. I'm a guitarist too. I just think they should be driving it a bit more.

Great work!

i'm with whitestrat. definitely needs more drums, particularly kick and toms.

of course, this is a critique of a myspace stream, so for all i know it would sound more even on soundclick or lightningmp3. myspace's compression is unpredictable.

the guitar mix works well--i'd use less reverb on the leads, but that's simply a personal preference issue, not a mix issue. it's not like the rhythm and lead are interfering with each other at all. nicely done.

the performance is top-notch. i'm digging what you're laying down for sure. i sent you a friend request.

"Metal Bomb"? I think it sounds great -- If I was going to change anything, I would make the moving pans a little less severe, but that's just me.
