Hi,

I am selling a Mesa/Boogie Triaxis and Mesa/Boogie Stereo Simul-Class as either seperate or a combined package. I am looking for around £1000 for each unit, but I am certainly open to offers.

Here some details of the units:

This is a Mesa/Boogie Triaxis preamp in very good condition. This preamp is an amazing piece of equipment and I am unhappy that I need to sell it. I am selling due to moving to a smaller house. This unit has been cared for carefully and has been stored in a secure rackmount unit.

This is a great quality preamp and you can see how Mesa/Boogie have the reputation that they have. This preamp sounds amazing.

I am selling both the Mesa/Boogie triaxis and Mesa/Boogie Stereo Simul-Class 2:90 as seperate sales. If you are interested in both the Triaxis and Simul-Class 2:90, get in touch with me and I am sure we can come to a deal. When you use the Traxis with the Simul-Class 2:90 you can enable some special sound modes on the Simulclass 2:90 such as Deep and Modern modes. The two units really do work well together and that is why I purchased them both together.

The triaxis unit is in very good condition with no dents or problems with it. The unit is in excellent working condition and I have taken it into a local music repair shop to ask their tech to look over it and check that everything works as it should. The glowing report that I was given from the shop is as follows:

Units supplied fully working for general check over.

Checked all functions of Triaxis Pre-amp and found all fully functional. Valves seem to be fine with no adverse microphonics apparent.

Power amplifier was tested into dummy load with 1 KHz sine wave at 0dB applied, output power on each channel was well within specs with a low level of cross over distortion. Valves in general seem to be in good condition and not microphonic, they are running even and well balanced on plate currents.

In general then both units supplied appear to be in good working order, with no apparent defects or signs of imminent failure!

(report and tests made by Dave from One Way Music, Wolverhampton). I will include a copy of this report with the unit.

This unit comes unboxed, but the unit would be stored in a rack normally anyway. There is no manual with the unit, but you can obtain the manual from the Mesa/Boogie site and I can include a printed copy of it if needed.

If you are interested, please contact me directly at jono@jonobacon.org.

Cheers,

Jono
