Merge Midi tracks and filter midi data, is it possible in Pro tools 10?

I’m using Pro Tools 10 – Is it possible to:
A: merge two midi tracks
B: filter specific midi data? Example, filter your midi track so you only increase the velocity of the HH closed hit?
