Music was great - the epileptic fit I nearly had from the visuals was more like a fault in an old VHS camcorder - spoiled the music to be honest.

right, now when you mention this i see i could lower the frequency of the flickerings

Could you not get rid of them totally? It's rather like adding crackle to an audio recording and believing it makes it better? A holding screen works just as well. One that looks like a fault is a distraction. If you want something too happen, then animate the titles, or move them around, or change colours slowly in chill fashion? Anything that is relaxing and chilled out.
