Media Players : What's Up?

I've noticed that after I've got my wav files down to 16 bit and play them through various media players the sound on almost all of them are different. It appears that Real Player and Musicmatch are fairly close to the sound of my Logic program but that Windows Media Player is alot more bass heavy than the others. It's not the EQ on the players 'cause I leave the settings on those flat.

Is this just a enomly on my computer or is it just the way that WMP sounds?

also remember to remove the wow settings on wmp and yes i've noticed that real player is close to my sonar 3 wav files.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to check out the WOW feature. I never pay much attention to the EQ or the other stuff on the Media Player. I just want to hear what the song will sound like through it and the other one's when I'm done recording. Have to know what it sounds outside the box sometimes. Thanks again!
